Substation Automation

Local HMI for substation monitoring and control. Elipse Power’s tools are specially designed to develop applications for substation local operation while also providing remote access to the control center, working as a gateway of protocols.

Protocol Converters

These applications are able to translate protocols, allowing different systems to both interact and integrate easily.

Load Shedding

Customers who are heavy users of electricity and have complex batch processes or high setup time are extremely sensitive to the availability of power supply.

The Load Shedding System is responsible for adapting the load to the capacity of supply or generation. This adjustment is accomplished by turning off loads that are less essential to the industrial process, according to priorities determined dynamically by the user. It is worth mentioning that this load shutdown is performed in a few milliseconds after the loss event of the supply source.
